CANTY has designed several single use systems. They include level control, foam monitoring, turbidity, and particle size. The applications all use an Ethernet camera for visual verification and can output either 4-20mA or OPC for complete control.
An Ethernet camera is used to provide the measurement image to a customer supplied PC. The image from each camera is dynamically analyzed for bubble size, froth velocity and stability. CantyVision™ software is included with each camera. 4-20mA or OPC output to a PLC or DCS for complete automated control.
CANTY Spray Dryer Monitoring Vision System can be fully automated by utilizing CANTY VISON™ software to measure the size and shape of the spray pattern profile. OPC UA Modbus or 4-20mA alarms can then be sent to the control system if nozzles clog or the spray pattern changes.
