Eliminate costly maintenance for your belt scales!!! The CantyVision™ Volume Based Measurement System consists of a non-contact Ethernet camera that constantly analyzes product profile on a conveyor belt to produce an integrated volume with no maintenance required.
The Canty Thickness Measurement System provides online thickness measurements that will allow for further process control and productivity. The ability to understand the thickness of a material allows operators to know exactly when the optimal thickness has been reached, reducing any time spent over-processing products.
The CantyNet™ Pan/Tilt/Zoom Ethernet Control Module allows the user to control a Canty Pan/Tilt/Zoom camera using a single Ethernet cable via 10/100 Mbps or optional fiber network.
Features:
Canty pan & tilt systems have been designed for use in hazardous areas in accordance with explosion proof, and flame proof requirements. · Class I, Div. 1, Groups B, C & D · Class II, Div. 1, Groups E, F & G, & NEMA 4 areas · EEx d IIC T6, IP66
CANTY Surveillance Cameras are ideal for demanding surveillance applications, visual inspection or verification functions in extreme environments.
An Ethernet camera is used to provide the measurement image to a customer supplied PC. The image from each camera is dynamically analyzed for bubble size, froth velocity and stability. CantyVision™ software is included with each camera. 4-20mA or OPC output to a PLC or DCS for complete automated control.
J.M. Canty cameras are patented systems designed to illuminate and view inside digester tanks through a single connection. There is no need for multiple vessel ports. Canty supplies an integrally mounted camera and lighting system that allows for the digester to remain hermetically sealed, even when performing maintenance on the camera system. Canty fused glass isolates the digester from the camera system, making it ideal for biogas production. The Ethernet video output can be displayed on a computer in the comforts of a control room, or recorded on any DVR or hard drive. Various software capabilities are available to allow for control and alarm options.
Canty’s thermal vision system is quite similar to other radiative temperature methods, by measuring the energy produced by a process. The advancements in CCD cameras has allowed for the ability to measure wavelengths in both the visual range and near inferred range.
